Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VECTOR84 website and the VECTOR84 software, including free Demo and paid versions (the “Game”), provided by siu fai chui (developer) and desgood gaming (publisher) (“we”, “us”).

By using the website or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Questions: [email protected].

1. Who we are

  • Game title: VECTOR84
  • Developer: siu fai chui
  • Publisher: desgood gaming
  • Contact: [email protected]

2. The website

This website provides information about VECTOR84, links to storefronts, and contact details. Content is provided “as is” for general information. Features, release timing and platform availability may change.

3. Licence to play the Game

Subject to these Terms and any platform terms (for example Steam Subscriber Agreement), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not, except as allowed by applicable law:

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or publicly perform the Game;
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where mandatory law permits;
  • Remove proprietary notices;
  • Use the Game for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to distribute malware;
  • Circumvent technical protection, multiplayer rules, or store DRM (if any);
  • Use cheats, automation or exploits that harm other players or the service (where online features exist).

Ownership of the Game, trademarks, art, code, audio and other materials remains with us or our licensors. No rights are granted except the limited licence above.

4. Demo and full version

  • The free Demo is a limited experience (content may differ from the full Game).
  • Demo progress does not transfer to the full Game unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
  • Wishlist notifications, pricing and regional availability are controlled by the storefront.

5. Platforms and third-party services

If you obtain the Game via Steam or another platform, their terms also apply and control purchases, refunds, accounts and platform features. Valve / Steam trademarks belong to Valve Corporation; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

Feedback forms, email providers and website hosts are third-party services with their own terms and policies.

6. User feedback

If you send ideas, feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law. Do not send confidential information you are not willing to share under this licence.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

  • Attack, scrape aggressively, or overload the website;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content via our contact channels.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE GAME IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) GBP £20 (or local equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

Your licence ends if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence.

If you need a different governing-law seat for publishing reasons, email us before public launch and we can revise this clause.
